His Pain Our Gain seeks to aid fellow believers of all Christian faiths who struggle sexually and relationally. We do this by focusing on the love of God demonstrated thru the mercy of Jesus and his sacrifice on the Cross.
We help strugglers to understand the healing power of Jesus thru biblical teaching, and prayer as we come alongside them in their desire for wholeness. We also provide training for the local body to effectively minister to those struggling in their communities.
We do this by partnering with other organizations like Desert Stream Ministries and Ministries of Pastoral Care who are established and doing the work of healing around the world. In addition, HPOG partners with local ministries in places like Kenya, Mombasa, and the Philippines holding healing conferences, bringing the message of hope and restoration to those who are hurting. We believe that everyone deserves the chance to experience the wholeness that Christ offers, and we're committed to supporting those who are working to make that a reality.
HPOG travels each year to locations around the world to provide trainings for ministry teams as well as healing conferences for their people.
Donations to His Pain Our Gain will primarily go towards supporting the cost for leaders to travel to these locations. Donations are processed through PayPal.

Tom was introduced to healing ministry by attending a Leanne Payne Pastoral Care Ministries School (PCM). These opened the door for Tom to heal from childhood physical and sexual abuse, alcoholism and sexual addiction. Tom embarked on a lifetime journey towards "wholeness in Christ" as a result of the healing he found at that conference. Tom has worked with PCM, Clay McLean and Desert Stream ministries for 30 years imparting the same healing he has received from the Lord. Tom is married to Terri with two grown children and four grandchildren. He is from Virginia Beach, VA where he is a retired firefighter/paramedic. Tom is active in his church where he serves as an elder and oversees a Living Waters program.
Now, Tom is a dedicated minister, mentor, and conference speaker committed to helping individuals find true freedom in Christ. Having personally experienced the challenge of reconciling faith with deep personal struggles relating to various addictions, Tom now guides others toward healing and transformation in the areas of sexual and relational issues. Through ministry, mentorship, and conferences, Tom equips individuals with biblical truth, practical wisdom, and the hope found in Christ, empowering them to walk in freedom and wholeness.
Tom’s focus is on God’s passion toward setting His people free thru the power of Jesus death on the Cross. Tom seeks to help others apprehend the same resurrection power that raised Jesus from the dead. This power transforms believers from the inside out and calls them from the grave of shame, self-hatred and addiction.
